A medium-term rental is a furnished home rented for longer than a holiday stay but shorter than a standard lease — typically one to twelve weeks, and on EzyFlats anything from one week to 24 months. Bills, furniture and Wi-Fi are included, and the agreement runs for the term you actually need.
Australian renting is otherwise built around two extremes. Short-term stays are priced by the night and turn expensive past about a month; long-term leases want twelve months, a rental history and a queue at a Saturday inspection. Neither suits someone who needs somewhere to live for six weeks.
